One thing I noticed in my years of ministry is that we put band aids on people and their problems, instead of actually helping them and developing them from a whole person perspective. There are tons of organizations that specialize in feeding the hungry, sheltering the homeless, and providing counseling services to those that have been victims to abuse, rape, divorce and other such tragedies. However I have yet to find one organization that addresses the whole person and which seeks to heal and develop them physically, spiritually, emotionally and intellectually. I believe each person’s situation and needs should be looked at individually and see what has led them to the point or condition where they are at right now. Then and only then can we began to develop a plan to heal them as a whole person. All four areas must be addressed in order to ensure their future progress and success in life. Therefore our philosophy behind everything we do and what Mobile Care stands for is as follows;

- We believe that Gods love has no boundaries or limits in regards to a certain place. Therefore our Ministry is available to everyone in need no matter their geographical location. We further believe that His love, grace, salvation, and desire to help others are not confined to a certain race, ethnic or origin of people. Therefore our Ministry is available to anyone in need regardless of their ethnicity or location.
- Mat 25:35-40 ESV-For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.' Then the righteous will answer him, saying, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?' And the King will answer them, 'Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.'
- 1Jn 3:17-18-But if anyone has the world's goods and sees his brother in need, yet closes his heart against him, how does God's love abide in him? Little children, let us not love in word or talk but in deed and in truth.

- We believe that the best way to have an eternal effect on a person or an organization is to coach them to lead through servant leadership. We further believe that each person in an organization has a unique role or calling and we are committed to working with each individual of that organization, by motivating them and building them to reach their highest potential in service to God.
